Terms and Conditions


Returns will NOT be accepted unless the product is flawed, damaged, or the mistake is the shop's mistake. Products that are “flawed or damaged” must have visual proof from the buyer upon delivery and sent back to be inspected by our team.

Refunds can only be issued if the item has NOT gone through processing. Once the product has completed processing or is engraved, refunds will not be given, as this is a personalized item that is made to order.


Shipping is standard USPS. Please allow 2 to 3 business days after date of purchase for your order to process. Shipping is usually 2-day from time of dispatch, except locations in the Northern, Midwestern, and Western states. For Northern, Midwestern, and Western states, shipping is normally 3-day. All orders ship from Newport News, Virginia.
